Extremely friendly owners - nothing was too much trouble and were very helpful with local information and assistance with parking etc. The location of the hotel is also very good, particularly for access to the Pleasure Beach and the tram stop. Our room was very clean and comfortable, finished off with a really good breakfast. Highly Recommended!

The family room with a bunk bed was super clean and comfortable, making it a perfect stay for us. We had a fantastic time, especially with the fresh smell that greeted us upon entering. The location was also great, just a short walk to lots of attractions like the Pleasure Beach and the South Pier. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even returning a tablet my daughter left behind after check-out. I highly recommend this place for families looking to enjoy Blackpool!

An absolutely spotless hotel, with very friendly staff. Made to feel welcome straight away on arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. The fact that on an evening the dining room is turned into an Indian restaurant was the icing on the cake. The best Lamb Vindaloo and Chicken Naga imaginable!!
